It does what it is suppose to do.

I subscribe to the hockey news, but that app is always broken and wanting me to buy issues that Im supposed to get as part of my subscription. That app is superior to this in the reading and interactive portions. Zinio is good, but doesnt have the same great UI as the hockey news app. The hockey news app would be great if they hired capable coders to actually keep the app up to date and working properly, but Im forced to download this app to get all my issues Im supposed to get as part of my subscription. Plus, the downloading of the magazines are painstakingly slow. The hockey news app, though it has its problems, is much faster. Within seconds. Its been several minutes and the issue Im downloading is still downloading on Zinio. Three solid stars.

Best app Ive found by a ways that has a good selection across different platforms

Love the app overall, but theres one UI annoyance that can easily be fixed. When reading magazines that have the text-version option for their pages, the "text" button always is visible on the magazine page, obscuring text or content behind it, when Im just wanting to read the full page as-printed. Please show the full page without the text button, and make the text button appear with the rest of the menu once we tap in the middle of the page. Thanks for listening!
